Tip for a game:

If you add a loop or magnet and get a twig and string to make a fishing rod, you will have everything you need for a fishing-themed afternoon playtime.

Materials:

Paper roll

Coloured papers

Glue

Scissors

Ruler

Pencil

Googly eyes

Small circle (bottle cap)

Tutorial:

1, Pick a few coloured papers you want to use for the body of the fish. Use the bottle cap to draw some circles on the paper and then cut them out.

2, Cut all the circles in half.

3, Take your glue and start gluing the half circles all around the paper roll. Start from the bottom with the circle bends pointing down and flat ends pointing up. Next row, you want to glue your half circles in between the previous ones as shown in the picture.

4, Choose 1-3 colours and cut some stripes for the tail. You can all all your strips equal length or you can make various sizes.

5, Glue your stripes around the inside of the roll to make a tail. At the end you can curl up parts of the tail and don’t forget to glue down two eyes on each side.
