This craft is perfect for younger kids as they get to explore patterns and play with the paint. This painting can have a proud place on the fridge of if glued into a card it can be a great gift for someone.

Materials:
Card paper
Watercolours
Tempera or similar paints
Brush and water
Tissue
Q-tips
Let’s do this:
1, Take card paper and cover it in clean water. Then use watercolours to paint the whole sheet blue. The paint should spread over the page easily, if it look dry then add more water on the page.
2, Take piece of tissue, roll it into a stamp shape and dap it all over the page to create snowflakes. Let the paper dry.
3, Prepare Q-tips and tempera paint. You will need black, orange and brown. Take a Q-tip and dip it into a paint and then dab it on the page making snowman as shown on the picture.
