HOW TO PAINT A BLOOMING BRANCH WITH STRAW AND FINGERS

Are you looking for something cool and fun to do? Then this is the right thing for you. In this craft you will blow out a branch with a straw and make fingerprint flowers.

Materials:

Watercolour or card paper

Watercolours

Water

Brush

Straw

Tutorial:

1, Pick a spot on your paper. I have chosen the bottom right corner. Dip your brush in water and make a puddle of water in the spot you have chosen, then add brown watercolour paint into the water. Don’t be afraid to use plenty of water.

2, Take a straw and blow into your puddle from the side so the paint spreads to the centre of the page, creating a branch. If your puddle isn’t spreading well, then add more water and paint. Keep blowing until you are happy with your branch.

3, Pick a colour for flowers. I chose pink. Dip your finger in the paint and make fingerprints all over the branches to create little blooming flowers.
