Materials:
2 Popsicle sticks
Yarn
Scissors
Ruler
Let’s start crafting:
1, Lets make the little tinsels. Pick a yarn, wrap it couple times around the ruler. Put another string under all the yarn where the ruler is and tightly tie it up on the top. Then take the yarn off the ruler and cut all the loops in half. If you take an extra piece of yarn and wrap it around the top part of the strands it will crate little ball shape.
2, Now we will make the god’s eye. Take two popsicle sticks and join them together in the middle. You can either use hot glue or tie them up with a string.
3, Take a string and tie it up around the centre of the cross and wrap it around the centre couple times.
4, Take the string and put it over the next stick, wrap the string under the stick and pull it over the top to the next stick and repeat. For better understanding have a look at the photos.
5, Keep wrapping the string around the sticks until you fill it up. If you want to change colour then tie and cut off your string at the back and tie up new string in the same place and keep going.
6, When you have a little space left you can add your tinsels and a hanging loop. Place the tinsel at the back of the popsicle stick and then wrap your string around as you would normally and after few rounds the tinsel will be attached. For better security you can you can tie up the tinsel at the back.
