HOW TO MAKE A STAINED GLASS PAINTING WITH WATERCOLOURS

Step-by-step tutorial:

1, Take a ruler with a pencil and draw a frame along the edges. The frame should be around 1.5 cm thick.

2, Now sketch a large shamrock in the centre of the page. You can make a different picture, but keep in mind that the more complicated the picture, the harder it will be to colour.

3, Take a ruler and with a pencil, draw lines going from one side of the page to another. You want the lines to cross each other.

4, Highlight all the pencil lines and colour in the frame with a black crayon. Apply pressure to the crayon so the black line is thick, as this will stop the colour from blending into another colour.

5, First start by painting the shaprock. You can paint it with green, yellow and blue colours. Try to make sure that no two same colours are beside each other.

6, Now colour in all the remaining shapes in any colours you want.
