scratch paper easter egg

Want something creative and fun to do with your kids? Make this easter craft that is suitable for younger and older children. It can be a great fun for adults too, so don’t be shy and give it a try.

Materials:

Card paper

Crayons

Black ink

Metal tool (pin, nail, butter knife,…)

Tutorial:

1, Take a paper and draw a shape of an egg.

2, Take your crayons and colour in the egg. You can either do a design or just randomly colour it in with different colours,

Make sure you put some pressure on the crayons, so the wax from crayon really cover the whole paper.

3, Once you are done you will need some black ink and a brush. You need to paint with the ink all over the eggs that has been covered in crayon. It will take around two layers of black ink to fully cover the crayon.

4, When the black ink is dry, you can take your metal tool and start scratching your design on the easter egg. The ink should come off the page easily.
