Father’s Day is getting closer and you are looking for some crafts and ideas your kids could make for their dad? Then try this idea which is fun, easy to make and got a personal touch. By using a few simple materials, children will be able to make their own masterpieces.

Materials:
3 Popsicle sticks
Card paper
Markers
Ruler
Scissors
Hot glue or PVA glue
Step by step instructions for this craft:
1, Let’s start by making an easel. Take 3 popsicle sticks and create an A shape and glue them together.
2, Cut a small rectangle to paper, that’s small enough to fit on the easel, it will be our canvas. Use markers to draw a small picture on the card. It can be your favourite memory with your dad or a portrait.
3, On the rest of the paper draw a stick figure of yourself holding a brush. The figure should be around the same size as the easel or slightly smaller. Then leaving a space around the figure, cut out the silhouette.
4, Glue the little drawing on the canvas and then glue the drawing of yourself on the side of the canvas, so it looks like you are painting.
Well done! Your gift is now ready for the special day.
