This project is an easy, fun painting idea for kids to do on Easter. You will need some paints, pens and your hands to make the chickens.

Materials:
Paper
Yellow, green and red paint
Brush
Markers
Step-by-step tutorial:
1, Spread yellow paint all over your palm. Make a big handprint on the side of the page. Make sure all your fingers are spread out to make a nice big hen.
2, Add more paint to a fingerprint and make a few prints behind the hen. That will be little chicks. If you use your thumb, the chick will be bigger and if you use your pinky, the chick will be tiny.
3, Take green paint and paint a wavy strip at the bottom of the page to make grass.
4, Now you can use red paint or marker to make the comb, eyes and beaks.
5, Take a black marker and draw feet on each chicken you made.
