Blue coloured paper

Step-by-step tutorial:
1, Take a card paper and fold it in half like a book.
2, Take a blue paper and cut out a blue wiggly shape for the background of the card. It should be big but leave a little bit of space on the sides of the card so you can see the white card underneath.
3, Glue the blue shape on the card.
4, Paint your hand with white paint and make a print on top of your card.
5, When the hand print is dry, you can take your markers and pens and start drawing on your hand print, making every finger look like a snowman.
