The time of the year when everything turns green is back. Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! It is a great opportunity to make new arts and crafts. Today we will make a potluck with gold and rainbow.

Materials:

Paper plate

Paints

Pencil

Scissors

Brush and water

Crayons or pencils

Cotton balls

PVA glue

Paper

Step-by-step tutorial:

1, Place the paper plate upside down and draw a line through the middle of the plate, then draw half the circle along where the smooth part is and where the side of the plate starts. You want to keep around 3-4cm edge for a rainbow. Cut out the half circle without cutting through any of the edges. You may need the help of an adult for this step.

2, Take your paints and paint a rainbow along the top edge where we cut out the hole.

3, Paint the bottom half with black paint to make a pot and let it dry.

4, On a paper, draw a bunch of circles, then colour them in with yellow colour. You can also draw money symbols or numbers on them. Using a lid or something circular to trace coins will help you to make perfect circles.

4, Draw a shamrock and colour it green.

5, Cut out all the pieces.

6, Take some cotton balls and PVA glue and glue them down as clouds at the end of the rainbow.

7, Glue down your coin and shamrock on the pot.
